Cranford Lacrosse Team Store Open: closes on 2/9


Hi Cranford Lax families!

Our Spring 2023 Lacrosse Merchandise Team Store is open.  The store closes on 2/9  (at Midnight). 

There are some great items in the store from long sleeves, sweats, sweatshirts, t's and shorts. A portion of proceeds from all sales goes back to the club so gear up on some Cranford Lacrosse swag!

2nd Annual Cranford Lacrosse Parents Night Out

To All CLC Families,

If you're planning to attend our 2nd Annual Parents Night Out fundraiser, please share with family and friends asap to get the word out and please sign up by end of this week (1/22).  This will help us get a better estimate as we are in full swing planning another awesome night out to kick off our 2023 season.  Please also consider donating a gift basket (sign up info below)

2023 Cranford Lacrosse Registration is OPEN

Registration is now open

Registration for our 2023 season is now open and will remain open through March 1, 2023. 

IMPORTANT: If you register by December 15, 2022, you will receive an early bird discount up to $25 per registered child depending on the grade level you're signing up for.  IN ADDITION, if you register before 12/15, 1 BOY and 1 GIRL player will have a chance to receive a $200 UNIVERSAL LACROSSE GIFT CARD if you register during the early bird period (11/1-12/15).

PLEASE register early so we can get a good understanding of team roster sizes as we start to schedule games.

Important details for the upcoming season:

  1. REGISTRATION: There is no increase in registration fees this year, and the Club has again decided to only collect $50 as an ‘initial payment’ for 3rd – 8th grade boys, 5/6 and 7/8 girls hoping we can get our families to register early. This cost will be non-refundable and be used as part of our annual fundraiser calendar raffle.  For 1-2 Boys and Girls, we’ll collect $10 as an initial payment that will be non-refundable.  For 3-4 girls, we’ll collect $25 as an initial payment that will be non-refundable. If you register early you will get your early bird discount but please only pay for the initial payment shown when you register.  Final balances will be automatically charged on February 28thCLICK HERE TO REGISTER
  2. UNIFORM: Uniforms are required for 3-8 boys and 5/6 and 7/8 girls. Boys’ and girls’ uniforms will cost approximately $70.  This cost is in addition to our club registration fees.  You can use your uniform from last season if it still fits.  All rising 3rd grade boys will be required to purchase a uniform this year if you did not purchase one last season.  STORE CLOSES FEBRUARY 11th! **Please note: this year the girls are offering the choice of a kilt or shorts as part of the uniform. Please choose the bottom your daughter prefers; families are not required to purchase both!   We are also offering bike shorts for under the kilt for anyone who wants them to match, but they are not a required part of the uniform. 3/4 families:  the girls will receive a pinney from the club for games, but you may also purchase a kilt or shorts if you’d like.   1. BOYS SHOULDER PAD RULE CHANGE:  Effective January 1 2022, all field player will be required to wear NOCSAE ND200 Approved shoulder and chest protection.  Universal Lacrosse is running team partner specials. 
  2. We will run our calendar raffle again to enhance our programs and keep costs stable.  Your registration will include $50 worth of raffle tickets.  You will receive these tickets before the season starts giving you plenty of time to sell them and recoup as much as $50 per registered child. You can also choose to enter the raffle. Additional tickets will be made available to help raise funds for future projects and training opportunities. 
  3. Lacrosse Fundraiser: Parents Night Out Save the Date – 2/18/2023 at Kenilworth VFW
  4. We are planning to host our 5th annual tournament on Cranford fields.  Our first three tournaments were very successful.  Once again, this year we are planning to host both a boys and girls events on the same weekend. 
  5. Volunteers are an important part of our club. Volunteers are not only needed for our tournament but are needed to help coach our players, help line the fields, or manage your child's team. Everything we do is thanks to hard work of our volunteers. If you are willing to help in any capacity, please let us know and we will be happy to find a place for you.

Cranford Calendar Raffle

Thank you for being a part of the Cranford Lacrosse Club Calendar raffle.

Each week you can check back here (CLC HomePage) to see the winning numbers. Drawings are performed on Saturday’s for the following week. If you are a lucky winner, the Club will mail a check directly to the address on your entry.
